The Lord has given me some deep revelation regarding healing and the soul-to-cell connection – how your bodily cells and your spiritual soul are directly connected in your healing. This revelation will help you as you pray for your own healing and in how to pray for the healing of others.

The Lord began speaking to me between September and November of 2023 about the sweet for the bitter.
In December of 2023, he gave me this beautiful song, “Sweet Jesus.”

For the bitter, You gave me sweet. For the hunger, You fed my soul.

In January of 2024, God had me in a season of focusing on my health, and in mid-February, he had me update the Soul Cleansing Prayer to the Soul Cleansing and Healing Prayer and add the cellular part of releasing fear, strife, bitterness, and rejection, not just off your soul, but off your cells.
At this point, I had not personally experienced the healing effects of releasing these things off of my cells/body yet, so I was just updating the prayer out of obedience to the Lord without having any prior experience in this area.
The Lord had me couple unforgiveness with bitterness to be “loosed off, detached, and released off my mind, heart, soul, spirit, physical body, and off my cell memory …” in this update.
I have done a lot of soul work to heal my soul and to forgive everyone who has hurt or wronged me over the past few years, and the Lord decided that I was in a season of going deeper because I had been praying for my healing, for deeper healing.
I didn’t realize that there was something so deep in me – a root of bitterness that was so deep in me that it was actually attached to my body and literally attached to my gut.
I’ve dealt with gut issues for quite a while – food intolerances, food allergies, nausea, diarrhea, etc. It seemed that my gut issues also caused pain throughout my body. I would have abdominal pain that would radiate through my nerves, and I had sciatic pain and sometimes lower back pain. I didn’t know where it was coming from, the root of it.
I was going to the Holy Spirit and asking Him to reveal what was going on, if those things were connected, and what I needed for my healing.
The other day, I had a chiropractic appointment, and I noticed that I was craving something sweet that morning, so Mike and I went to IHOP and I had pancakes for breakfast because I wanted the sweetness of the syrup. I didn’t realize at the time that it was a spiritual hunger I was having.
When I got to my chiropractic appointment, they put me on a different table than I’m normally on, and it was giving the chiropractor more leverage to work with me. As he was doing the usual adjustments, he said he felt something in the center of my back. He had me turn over, and he did a huge, different type of adjustment in the center of my back. I got a release that went through my body all the way through my entire center. It went into my gut and abdomen. It radiated up through my arms and down into my legs, and I felt it go up into my chest area too. I didn’t really understand what was happening at the time.
When I got up off the table, I was okay. They had me go get on the waterbed-type massager, which is very relaxing and warm. All of a sudden, I had an overwhelming emotional response. I just wanted to cry and weep, and I knew something had been released off of me, that something emotionally had been lifted off of me.
I had Mike get me home, and all I wanted to do was lie down and rest. When the Holy Spirit says rest, then you need to rest. As I was lying there, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “finally,” like there was something deeply rooted in me that needed to come off my cells – something that was in my bones and in my cells that needed to be released.
You see, I had already done the verbal work – the commanding and taking authority over any bitterness and unforgiveness and repenting, but I did not know that this bitterness and unforgiveness was stored in the center of my body, deep in my cells – for years! It needed to be released. I had been praying it off. The Lord had me update the Soul Cleansing Prayer, and then He built me up to this moment of healing.
The Lord reminded me that Jesus would give people the movements to do when he healed them. He would instruct them to “stretch out your hand,” or “pick up your mat and walk,” things like that. He gave them actual movements to make. I discerned that when Jesus told them to stretch out something or pick up their mat and walk that there was a bitter root there and their cells had to be healed at the same time their soul was healed.
Now, I know for myself. This confirms in my spirit because it happened to me! And I asked the Lord why I was weeping and weeping so much. I just couldn’t stop weeping. I asked him on Friday morning if I should cancel the broadcast because I just felt like stuff was still coming off of me. I was still weepy and not exactly sure what was going on, and I felt like I needed to spend more time with the Lord. I realized I needed to continue to pray, to get scriptures about releasing bitterness and unforgiveness and continue to pray on that because something finally got to the root.
The season that he had me in last fall talking about the sweet for the bitter was really about what was happening inside of me, not the things that were happening around me in my life. And I realized that I had a root of bitterness and unforgiveness inside of me that was very deep.
God brought me through these three seasons with the word about the sweet for the bitter, worshiping with the Sweet Jesus song, and then updating the Soul Cleansing and Healing Prayer to get me ready, and when it was time, He made sure I was in the right place – at the chiropractor’s office – to help it get released off my body.
You don’t have to go to the chiropractor to get the release. I believe that Jesus used the chiropractor, who is a Christian, to just turn me a certain way to answer the prayer to release it off of my cells that had been bottled up in there. But it could happen for you as you are doing some kind of movement – bending or stretching – even as you do your chores, but it’s the praying and the asking for Jesus to release that root of bitterness and then the prayer that He had me write about commanding it off your cells as well as your soul that prepares the physical release.
I’m in awe of God right now, and now I understand why He had me write the prayer that way, to not just release the bitterness and the unforgiveness, but he had me put them together. At that time, I didn’t know why. I thought they were two separate things, but it’s because unforgiveness brings bitterness, and then bitterness grows a root in your body that attaches to your bones and cells.
Through this experience, the Lord revealed to me that we have to partner the physical activity with the soul healing and cleansing prayers because this has to come off of your cells.
It has been scientifically proven that the cells of your body have a memory. “Physiological and psychological sciences assert that bitterness sickens the body and damages bones, weakens the immune system (which is connected to the gut) as do all negative emotions. Referring to Proverbs 14:30 – “A sound heart (or healed soul) is the life of the flesh but bitterness is the rottenness of the bones.”
So as I was forgiving, commanding, and praying the soul cleansing prayers, it was loosening up that root because there was cellular attachment still. When the time was right and I did a physical act or movement (the chiropractic adjustment), it was released off of me.
We are kings and priests through Christ Jesus (the Melchizedek priesthood), which means we can speak over our bodies and command our own healing. Jesus used words to command a healing.
We are temples of the Holy Spirit. He resides in us, and He is constantly telling us what to do to keep our bodies healthy. Because we’re temples of the Holy Spirit, He’s going to keep working in us and keep giving us revelation to keep praying and doing the movements and the strategies towards our healing because He is bringing us into wholeness. He is bringing us into shalem. If our bodies are healed and whole, we can fulfill our purpose for the kingdom of God.
A bitter root can also come on you because someone else spoke bitter, hateful words over you and caused a wound in your soul and a wound of bitterness to come into your bones and into your cells, so you have to forgive that person for those words or things they did and release them and command any cellular memory from those words to be released off of you, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Note: The mind, heart, soul, and spirit are connected. It’s very difficult to truly be able to share joy if you have a root of bitterness in your heart. You can’t really experience or share joy if you have any root of bitterness, and this can go all the way back to when you were a little kid (or in your generational bloodline.)
Proverbs 14:13 “Even in laughter, the heart may ache and rejoicing may end in grief.”
Note: Even if you laugh and joke around, it’s just covering up the grief, unforgiveness, bitterness, and pain. You can tell jokes, watch funny movies, think positive thoughts, etc., but the bitter root must be dealt with at the soul-to-cell level for true healing.
Proverbs 14:30 “A heart at peace gives life to the body, but bitterness rots the bones.”
Note: The root of bitterness and unforgiveness soaks right down into your cellular level. Even if you say you’ve forgiven someone and you command the wound of your soul to be washed in the blood and healed and even ask for forgiveness of any bitterness and unforgiveness that you have, if you don’t get to the cellular part, there’s still a root there. So we have to do these prayers over and over again until we actually feel that physical release from physical activities like while stretching or doing some type of movement.
Meaning of Fourteen
The number fourteen means the generational promises and blessings of God. Understand that a bitter root can be passed down the family bloodline too, so it may not be because of your own personal experiences. You could have a bitter root that came from your parents or grandparents, etc. This is a demonic plan of the devil to pass a bitter root from generation to generation with hateful, evil words and abuse, but you can root this bitter root out of yourself and your generational bloodline and release the generational blessings of God instead!
Proverbs 16:24 “Kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul and healthy to the body.”
Note: Sixteen biblically means the reckless love of God – John 3:16, For God so loved the world that He sent His only son.
Four Steps For Physical Or Emotional Healing
Use the word – speak to your soul from the authority of Christ as a king and a priest commanding this bitterness and unforgiveness off of your soul. Use my Soul Cleansing and Healing Prayer to guide you in this. It’s also in my Vol 2 Prayer Book.
Take a day to rest and converse with the Holy Spirit – ask Him who you need to forgive and what the root of bitterness is that’s in you.
Physical action – do some stretching, twisting or simple calisthenics while commanding any bitter root – rejection, unforgiveness, etc – to be released off of your cells, in Jesus’ name.
Speak sweet words over yourself – this counteracts the hateful words that have been spoken, and now your cells, heart, soul, and spirit will be open to receive words of blessing. If your cells can receive the bitter, they can certainly receive the sweet!
Working With Children
If you’re working with a child or young person who has been through a lot of abuse or bullying and has had a lot of hateful words spoken over them, pray the soul cleansing and healing prayer, lead them through forgiving the kids or people who bullied or abused them, and then have them do some physical activities like jumping jacks, stretches, etc and tell them to release it off of their tummy, their heart, and their bones, etc., and then decree sweet, blessed words over them.

I command, by the authority of Jesus Christ, for my cells to receive the sweetness of God’s word.

I am adopted by Abba, Father. He sings over me.

God’s perfect love casts out all of my fear. I trust Him fully.

HOLY SPIRIT GUIDANCE REGARDING THE JAB – V-A-C-C-I-N-E-S
Annamarie Strawhand:This is an announcement regarding repeated questions about President Trump and the jab (v-a-c-c-i-n-e) that I have been getting. I want to respond based on what the Holy Spirit has been revealing to me as a faith coach, mentor, and prophetic voice in the body of Christ.
I am going to address this: the jab and what President Trump is saying about it publicly. First, I want each of you to understand this; the jab is NOT the mark of the beast. Your loved ones will NOT lose their salvation in Christ if they take it. President Trump NEVER told us we had to take it. It’s always been our choice.
President Trump had to get ahead of the enemies’ plans on a mandatory jab and get it out before them to throw a wrench in their plan. This is a military operation started by President Trump called Warp Speed—still in operation right now. With all military ops, there are (sadly) casualties of war. Trump speaks in code through his interviews, and the enemy knows it. He still loves the country and the people, and he is working with the military to take down a very evil enemy who wants to steal, kill, and destroy. Trump does not want pain and suffering! The enemy brought this! But we are fighting a very evil enemy who will have to be outsmarted. God is still with our President Donald J Trump and America, and God is still on the THRONE and doing ALL things for our good!
Understand that Trump is not ‘endorsing’ the jab. He is spinning the enemy and using reverse psychology on them. WE ARE IN A WAR. Trump is a wartime President. Trump is trying to wake us up to speak up for ourselves and think for ourselves. HE’S been rallying us to MAKE OUR OWN DECISIONS and stop expecting everyone else to speak up for us. This is part of the plan—us getting fed up and saying we are not going to take it anymore. Stand up for your freedom and your rights!
If your job or school mandates the jab, and you do not want to take it, make them fire you and sue them. Trust God to take care of you. HE is your source for every need. Homeschool your kids or go to the school board and fight. There has been crap in our jabs and foods for years that has been coming against our health and DNA and RNA. We are just finally waking up to it! Not all medications and jabs are bad; some are good. However, we must have discernment as to what is good or bad by educating ourselves, praying into it, and deciding for ourselves and our children what we will put into our bodies. I make sure I am Suited Up Daily in the Armor of God for protection and I Suit Up my family. Learn how to suit up here.
If your loved ones will not listen to your research and what you have heard from the Holy Spirit in prayer, then send the Holy Spirit to them to reveal. He is the only one that can give them understanding. If you have a loved one that took the jab, pray for them, and, in Jesus’ name, send the Holy Spirit to flush out anything in their body that is not of God and restore their body into God’s divine order. You should pray this over them anyway for divine health overall because there are many other factors in our environment that come against our cells and organs. This is why Idetox! Here is my prayer to send the Holy Spirit to loved ones.
Here is a prayer you can pray over yourself: “Lord I seal myself and my children in your Blood, let nothing touch us or mark us, or be injected or injested that is NOT OF YOU Lord and send your angels to block it and warn us with your Holy Spirit in Jesus name!”
NOTE: Please understand that I believe every person must go to God themselves with this decision as to whether to get the ‘jab’ or not. I am not telling you what to do. I am addressing an answer to a question I get over and over again with this post, from a mentoring perspective, for those who have asked for this. My personal belief is that the jab that President Trump rolled out in the beginning—you notice the military picked it up first—was a “safer” jab. However, since then, other companies have rolled out theirs that may have harmful ingredients. I would follow truth leader Lin Wood to be informed.
Lin Wood, a man known for TRUTH says it best:
“Many of We The People are worried about their jobs when faced with the “jab ultimatum.”
Many also think the King is important and his servant not important at all.
But if the servant does not serve the King, how does the King fulfill his “important” duties? Without the servant, the King stands to lose his power.
So the King and the servant are both equally powerful. They need each other. They are equal in God’s eyes.
Make your own decision about the “jab.” Don’t be intimidated or bullied. Don’t act out of fear.
Make an informed decision that you feel is best for your long term health and safety. You have to be alive to work. And not many workers would agree to work today if the workplace was filled with obvious asbestosis.
There are other jobs. When one door closes, another one opens. Trust God.”

HEALING PRAYERS FOR LOVED ONES WHO TOOK THE JAB
First, take your seat of authority in Christ, and place your family members in the blood of Jesus. Enforce the power of Jesus’ blood to flush out anything in their bodies that is not of God. Then, pray this prayer over them in the spirit. If they are with you and are agreeable, you can lay hands on them as you pray and decree. You can also lay hands on yourself and pray and decree this prayer.

Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus and ask You, Jehovah Rapha, to touch _______ today and to give them an encounter with You. I place _______ in the blood of Jesus Christ and ask You to release Your power over them, in Jesus’ name. By the authority of Jesus Christ in whom I am seated, I command every cell in _______’s body to be restored to its divine order right now, and anything that is not of God be flushed out of their body, in the name of Jesus. I command _______’s blood pressure, temperature, hormones, organs, nervous system, endocrine system, and digestive system to be returned totally to normal right now, according to Your perfect will, Father, in the name of Jesus. I command their heartbeat, their pulse, their respiratory system, and all of their bodily functions to be restored to their divine order right now, in the name of Jesus. I command every bad cell and every toxin to be flushed out of _______’s body right now, in the name of Jesus. I command all lying symptoms to cease immediately in _______, in Jesus’ name. Every cell in _______’s body must bow it’s knee to the lordship of Jesus Christ.
I command _______’s DNA and their RNA to be restored to its divine order right now, in the name of Jesus, and their mind to be aligned with the mind of Christ! Holy Spirit, I ask You to go now as my helper, and visit _______ wherever they are and hover over them and do divine miracles in them. _______’s body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Sickness, disease, infirmity, and toxins cannot dwell in _______’s temple.
Lord, Your Word says in 1 Peter 2:24 that with the stripes of Jesus, _______ was healed. Therefore, I declare that _______ is whole, shalem, complete, nothing missing, nothing lacking, and nothing broken in JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME! Thank You, Lord, for the total and complete healing of _______’s body, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
Did you know you can “send” the Holy Spirit to someone or to help with something? Yes! He is your helper, and He knows exactly how to reveal the truth to them! So you may have a loved one who is away from God or not talking to you or dealing with an issue. Maybe they are in deception or even a dangerous lifestyle.
Jesus promised us the Helper!
John 14:16 – Amplified Bible
The Role of the Spirit: 16 “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another [a]Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever … “
You can Pray: “Holy Spirit, my helper, in the name of Jesus, I send you to hover over _____ to do creative miracles in _____. Open _____ eyes, mind, heart, soul, and spirit to understanding and receiving truth and God’s word and will for their life. Holy Spirit, I ask you to give _____ an encounter with Jesus Christ and reveal to _____ their true identity in Christ Jesus! Holy Spirit, I ask you to show _____ what You have shown me right now, in Jesus’ name. Amen”
You can ask Him to go and “convict” (meaning give them a truth check in their spirit) that person if they are doing wrong. You can ask Him to bring a loving family memory to mind of that person if they are hurting or prodigal. The Holy Spirit can help you point that person to Christ and bring that person out of darkness or even find and reveal something that has been hidden to them. That’s His job, and He loves it when you ask Him to help! Holy Spirit does the heavy lifting with your loved ones! The Holy Spirit can do in one day what would take you weeks and months to do! A person’s heart, mind, and spirit can only be changed by the work of the Holy Spirit! Understand that the more you try sometimes to tell people something—even though you know it to be true and the will of God—they may just ignore you or pull further away from you, but they cannot ignore or run from the Holy Spirit! Keep sending the Holy Spirit every day to that person until you see breakthrough!
I have learned this from experience. I have sent the Holy Spirit many times to help me with my loved ones with huge breakthroughs (especially with my Husband)! Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God on the earth. He can go anywhere immediately. He is your best friend and is eager to help you! He can help you in all things. Remember Jesus asked the Father special for us to have Him! Thank You, Jesus! Thank You, Father God, and thank You, Holy Spirit!

Something to consider:
The Holy Spirit just reminded me of the word HE gave HIS prophet Kim Clement about President Trump—that God would “fool the people.” Would President Trump have to be a part of a military operation where he had to give in to disinformation to catch the enemy for the greater good of the country?? Did God allow Jacob to dress up as his brother, Esau, in order to get the fatherly blessing to fulfill the prophecy given to his mother when he was in the womb?? Does God do this in order to get HIS plan in place for our good?? YES. Even King David pretended to be “crazy” to fool the enemy. It worked! God is a battle strategist and His infinite wisdom outwits the enemy every time. We might not understand what He is doing, but stay in FAITH!
FLASHBACK: 2007 Kim Clement Prophecy Says President Will Be Baptized in Holy Spirit, Build the Wall, Win Second Term
In 2007, Kim Clement prophesied that a president would be elected who would pray in office—but would not start that way—and would build “walls of protection” and be elected to a second term. Clement reportedly received a prophetic word in Scottsdale, Arizona, Feb. 10, 2007, in which he said, “There will be a praying president, not a religious one. ‘For I will fool the people,’ says the Lord. ‘I will fool the people. Yes, I will.'”
“God says, ‘The one that is chosen shall go in, and they shall say, ‘He has hot blood.’ For the Spirit of God says, ‘Yes, he may have hot blood, but he will bring the walls of protection on this country in a greater way and the economy of this country shall change rapidly,’ says the Lord of Hosts.
“Listen to the Word of the Lord. God says, ‘I will put at your helm for two terms a president that will pray, but he will not be a praying president when he starts. I will put him in office and then I will baptize him with the Holy Spirit and My power.'”
Later, in Redding, California, on April 4, 2007, Clement said Donald Trump would “be a trumpet” and also suggested that Bill Gates would have an important role to play in the church’s future. He also said God would anoint a future president with His Spirit and there would be a praying man in the White House.
Clement says, “I will raise up Trump to be a trumpet and Bill Gates to open up the gate of a financial realm for the church, says the Lord. … It shall come to pass that the man that I place in the highest office shall go in whispering My name. But God said, ‘When he enters into the office, he will be shouting out by the power of the Spirit, for I shall fill him with My Spirit when he goes into office, and there will be a praying man in the highest seat in the land.'”
*Understand the meaning of Bill Gates in this prophecy. It means that God is stripping him of his wealth and giving it to the church. It’s the promise of the transference of wealth from the wicked to the righteous.

Recently the Holy Spirit led me to detox my body. I have started on this journey. The Holy Spirit has been on the move leading His sons and daughters to purify their bodies to prepare to do their assignments fully on this earth for the Kingdom of God. I have been seeking God for answers for my own health issues and my daughters and this is where He is leading me. I am already seeing good results from this. I will be sharing some steps that I am going through, and maybe you and others would like to join me. Understand there are things we can do spiritually that will lead us to health answers and revelation of what our bodies (temples) are really needing. I am at this point and it has been amazing what is being revealed. Particularly heavy metals and mold/toxins in the body that have been passed down through the womb from up to three generations to us. This means if our mom has toxins, you have them, then you pass them on to your children, plus what we pick up from toxins in our own lives. These toxins cause all kinds of problems and also if you have metal fillings in your teeth or tattoos that is a constant leeching into your bloodstream. I had my fillings removed, however mercury can be stored in the brain for years. Lead is the worst and comes from tattoos and being around industry. Plus, I smoked cigarettes when I worked on the NASCAR circuit back in the 1990’s. Cooking with aluminum and other metals can be stored in your body from childhood. This revelation that the Holy Spirit has been leading me to, has really convicted me and set me into action. I want this junk cleaned out of me! If you choose to do the detox without the fast and continue to drink coffee, I suggest that you use organic, mold-free coffee.
The fast does not allow coffee, nuts, or legumes because of the mycotoxins they typically contain, which are toxins formed by molds that commonly grow on these crops and cause inflammation throughout the body.

Note: Toxins come from your own environment and habits, and can also be passed down to you through the womb from your mother from up to three generations! Toxins have been scientifically found to be a major cause of auto-immune disorders, digestive disorders, mental disorders, sickness, diseases, dementia and autism!
The more heavy metals you have stored in your body the harder it is to lose weight, because heavy metals are trapped in fat cells, it’s a protective response in your body. Once the metals are detoxed out, your body can easily lose the fat.
Aluminum and Mercury passes into the blood brain barrier and causes many mental disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD and more! The brain is mainly made of fat and needs to be detoxed of heavy metals. Then the brain needs to be fed new healthy fats to rebuild those new clean areas.
Metal dental work and vaccines (mercury) are the main culprit of heavy metal toxins that constantly leech into your bloodstream. If you have old metal amalgam (mercury) fillings in your mouth, try to get them removed. If you cannot then stay on a good detox regimen. I have learned that the mercury is being released into your bloodstream and brain barrier every time you eat, chew gum, etc. and is very toxic to your brain, and can be trapped there for years until you detox it.

My Personal (Annamarie’s) 21 Day Detox Plan – Given to me By The Holy Spirit

Fiji Water – 1 – 2 liters per day – this is expedite your cleansing – the Fiji water was HUGE for me.Or add Silica Drops To Bottled Spring Water (I like Poland Springs or Crystal Springs)
I am drinking 1-2 liters a day of Fiji Water. It has a good PH 7.5 and has silicate in it to heal your cells and flush out toxins – especially flushes out aluminum. Excellent for healing the gut. (I have seen amazing results). I also drink electrolyte water such a smart water and unsweetened coconut water such as CO2. This keeps me hydrated with good electrolytes while detoxing and helps stop any aches or headaches.

Evening/Afternoon: Herbal Teas – Organic Dandelion Root and or Lemon Ginger help the liver and kidneys do a better cleaning function for your body and relax you. Organic Green tea, Moringa tea or Matcha is wonderful to help along your detox. I stay away from all sweeteners and drink it plain.
Cosmetics/Hair/Body:
No hair color: I am not coloring my hair anymore (hair color is loaded with toxins and heavy metals, and some brands have lead!) Go natural with your hair! Opt for a cute style instead.
Organic cosmetics/soap: Staying away from aluminum, NO parabens, talc, sulfates and other metals or toxins. Clean out your cosmetics case. Read the ingredients. I am mainly using the Physicians Formula brand. I am using aluminum free, sulfate free, natural coconut oil based deodorants. Teeth: Natural toothpaste/fluoride free. Fluoride is a TOXIN so eliminate it from your body. Natural Activated Charcoal toothpaste works great for whitening and also helps with mouth and teeth/gums toxin cleansing. You can also use aluminum-free baking soda to brush your teeth. NO FLUORIDE! I also recommend Burt’s Bees Fluoride Free Whitening Toothpaste. (Note: When on the detox, it’s best to make your own toothepaste with aluminum-free baking soda, coconut oil, and food-grade peppermint.)
Oil Pulling for teeth and gums: OIL PULLING is something I am doing on this detox that is very helpful especially if you have any metal dental work. I take one teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil and in my mouth daily. I swish it around for about 3 minutes, making sure to feel that “pulling” action from my gums and teeth. Then I spit it out in a trash can. (do not swallow or do not spit in sink!) The oil captures heavy metals and bacteria, even deep in your gums. Then I swish with warm water and sea salt. Remember fluoride is toxic! This is a natural way to keep your teeth healthy! Eat less sugar if you are worried about cavities. You can also brush your teeth with baking soda or a natural toothpaste with activated charcoal. But the oil pulling is key to remove toxins from any deep bacteria, and metals. Root canals hold bacteria and also have metal that leeches for years, as well as highly toxic metal fillings that leech mercury. Other Metal dental work has nickel that leeches. This will help keep it in check. NO FLUORIDE!

B-12 and Folate:
There are two forms of Vitamin B12 – methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is the most commonly supplemented form of vitamin B12 and is chemically synthesized. Methylcobalamin is found in animal-based foods and is naturally occuring. Be sure to use the methylcobalamin type, not cyanocobalamin!
Also, take folate instead of folic acid, especially if you have a MTHFR gene mutation, which many people do. People with MTHFR mutations might have more difficulty converting folic acid into its usable form, which may cause symptoms to worsen.
I recently switched to a supplement that combines the B12 and folate: Triquetra L-Methylfolate (7.5 mg) + Methyl B12. This is an essential B-Vitamin combo that supports mood and cognition, methylation issues, heart health, and pregnancy and baby development. (You can get it here.)
I take one dropper under my tongue (hold for 20 seconds) upon awakening on an empty stomach and follow it with some warm lemon water. I like these drops better than capsules because they go directly into the bloodstream and cells.

Warm Bone Broth:

You can also add unflavored organic powdered collagen to any warm beverage such as warm unsweetened coconut milk with a dash of cinnamon and pumpkin puree’.
Eat a protein for breakfast, with a veggie – omelet with mushrooms, onions, spinach and a little bit of garlic, I stay away from gluten, and white sugar. I use organic honey, coconut sugar and real maple syrup for sweetener and very little. If I have coffee (organic/toxin free/mold free/LIFEBOOST BRAND) I use unsweetened coconut milk. (My 21 Day Holy Spirit Clarity Fast does not allow coffee, sugar, honey or dairy if that’s what you are following with this detox for best results.)
After breakfast:

Before Bed :
Milk Thistle Gelcap 250mg: (to help liver and kidneys cleanse you overnight) I take Nature’s Bounty Milk Thistle 250 mg and Herbal Health Supplement, Supports Liver – I take up to FOUR gelcaps before bed when I am on a detox with lots of water to flush my liver clean (this was the BEST to get me through any detox symptoms the first week). Castor Oil: I have started using organic castor oil as part of my detox protocol. Castor oil breaks down toxins to flush out and drain out any heavy metals swiftly. I use one drop behind each ear before bed, and then rub it all around the ears, behind the ears, and below the ears, especially all around where the lymph nodes are down the neck. I also rub some on my liver, colon, and digestive area. The liver has to be efficient and detoxed because all the toxins are going to flush down into the liver and through the kidneys to be cleansed, so the liver can’t be overloaded. REMEMBER: Like in your car, you can change your oil and put clean oil in the engine, but if you don’t clean the oil filter you are just recycling all that gook, dirt and junk right back into the engine! SUCCESS TIPS:
Must get sunshine each day, and take off your sunglasses and let the sunlight in your eyes, too for Vitamin D and to re-align hormones – 15 minutes of sunlight on the top of your head in the morning. Perfect time to do your morning prayer to the Lord, stand outside and do this.
In the morning, I take a brisk walk, do some rebounding on my mini trampoline, or spend some time on my vibration plate machine to get the toxins flushing out of my body and to help trapped toxins get pumped out of my lymph nodes. See the helpful tools section below for more information on purchasing these helpful pieces of equipment.
Look to Functional Medicine Doctors for your basic Healthcare. They go deep to the root of the issues to treat naturally.
Limit blue light on screens. LED lights and blue light on our screens can cause eye strain and eye damage. I set all my electronic screens to “night mode” at all times with an amber tint. There are apps for that too. This helps a lot. Also, change all of the light bulbs in your home to incandescent bulbs. Any nightlights should be incandescent or amber colored. This will improve sleep as well!
If I you get a headache take a glass of water sprinkled with sea salt or pink Himalayan salt works amazing!
Get daily electrolytes – unsweetened coconut water is great for this or Smart Water
Tip if you are craving sweets, try a drop of pure maple syrup instead of sugar. Soon the cravings will fade. My go-to is tea with coconut cream and a drop of maple and some cinnamon… you can use spices to help you through. Avoid white sugar as much as possible, that is the biggest thing you want to detox is the sugars and any candida growth (bad fungus) in your body that comes from eating too much sugar. I have had best results on this detox by fully eliminating ALL sugars.
Also try NOT to use your microwave to heat up food – warm plastics leech chemicals, and it adds damaging electromagnetic frequencies on to your body and brain. I use a mug warmer to keep my tea or bone broth warm while I sip. You can get a mug warmer here.
Wash your dishes in the sink with organic natural dish soap. If you use your dishwasher use an organic natural powder. This will not leave a chemical residue on your dishes.
I cook on my stove in cast iron pans, ceramic or glass baking dishes that are safe. I love my ceramic stir fry pan for stir fry veggies and chicken in coconut oil: Ozeri 14″ Green Earth Wok Smooth Ceramic Non-Stick Coating. (You can get one here.)
For foods I stick with fresh cooked meat, no lunch meats (unless fresh sliced) – stay away from processed meats. NO TUNA! (Tuna has mercury – BAD)
I make a lot of rotisserie chicken salad with avocado, sliced spring onions, olive oil mayo and serve on a bed of lettuce, you can take that with you in a container to work. Avocado is a good fat for your brain.
In the evening I do a dead sea salt (magnesium) warm foot soak for magnesium to calm me, and help heal my nervous system and brain and also take 500 mg OR MORE of Milk Thistle before bed, to relax me and help my liver and kidneys while working to cleanse me overnight. This has been huge to help along this cleanse and keep your liver and kidneys from getting overloaded and overworked, plus I have less herxheimer reactions. (flu like symptoms from candida die off, parasite die off and toxin dumping) The MILK THISTLE IS A MUST!!

Note About Seed Oils And Reading Labels
It is very important to read the labels of everything you eat! Almost all foods that come pre-made in a box, bag, jar, or even frozen contain seed oils, even if all of the other ingredients are natural and organic. Seed oils contain high levels of omega-6, which can lead to inflammation. We only need a small amount of omega-6. They are highly processed with chemical solvents and then refined — bleached and deodorized — which removes the antioxidants, causing them to be more inflammatory. As if that wasn’t enough, they are then added into ultra-processed foods, which are also highly inflammatory. (Electromagnetic Frequencies) Detox Tip: REMOVE ALL 5G PHONES, WIFI and HOME ELECTRIC METERS – Decrease EMF emissions in your home to accelerate this detox! (Go back to 4G or 3G) Call the companies you have service with and tell them you want to go back to 4G. They have to do what you ask. Look at your phone screen if it says 5G at the top go in and trade your phone for a 4G. I have Verizon (smart phone) and it’s still a 4G it says LTE on the screen. That’s how you know it’s still a 4G. I also shut it down at night or charge it across the room.

Understand you want your body to physically detox heavy metals and you also want to detox your home of the EMF’s that react with the heavy metals stored in your brain, liver and tissues. My personal gains from my detox after four weeks: I went through some mild detox symptoms for about two weeks, metallic taste in my mouth, crusty discharge from my eyes from sleep, (you can detox out from your eye ducts) some drainage in my sinuses, mild headaches, some itchy eczema flare up spots on my skin, some old injuries aching, more sweating in my underarms, and some dreams where I needed to release some old wounded cell memories. Overall I was glad to go through it. Once I was over that hump, I feel AMAZING. Detoxing dreams: While your body is detoxing you will have wild emotional dreams. These are your “cell memories” and soul wounds coming to the surface. As you detox the body is releasing toxins from your cells and tissues. This also means cell memories, worries, trauma, grief and wrong beliefs stored in those tissues. Joan Hunter teaches about this in her books: Healing The Broken Heart. That cell memories and old fears and old emotions and soul wounds that you thought you had already overcome are stored in your cells, organs and tissues as “cell memories” (sort of like ptsd from a soldier who was at war). While you are detoxing, these cell memories are being released especially while you dream. You may think you are having a demonic dream, but no – its a cell memory and soul wound dream, being detoxed! Do not come into agreement with these dreams! Instead thank God they are being detoxed out. Do a prayer to command everything in that dream to be loosed off your mind, body, soul and spirit and off your cells, organs and tissues and be released off you and onto the Cross of Jesus! Then ask Jesus to wash you clean in His Blood and command new cells and new tissue to be formed, and soul wounds healed forever by the creative power of the Holy Spirit! Command all your cells to line up with the DNA of Jesus Christ! These detox dreams will only last a little while. Keep praying through them, come out of agreement with them and speak over yourself who you are in Christ Jesus! Thank you Lord Jesus that we can cleanse these negative emotions off our bodies by Your blood and be healed!!

Holy Spirit Fire Soaking: Something I am doing during my physical detox is also a spiritual firesoak (I learned this from Katie Souza). This is a very powerful spiritual cleanse of the Holy Spirit to burn off the chaff and dross in you that is not producing fruit, it also drives out any hidden snakes out (demons/demonic assignments) that have been in hiding trying to hinder you or keeping you squeezed. Fire drives out the snakes and even the vipers that come from gossip, snakes around your ankles, or pythons wrapped around you. So to start you need a good few hours where you can rest and you have no place important to go. You lay down and invite the Holy Spirit fire to come upon you and in you. Then you soak in the Fire of the Holy Spirit and sing these “Fire Songs” out loud on repeat (loop) you will feel hot, burning sensation and even sweat. By the authority of Jesus Christ, I command all unclean spirits, pathogens, heavy metals, candida, parasites, mold, and toxins to detach and be evicted and flushed out of my (or _______’s) body in the name of Jesus Christ! I command my heartbeat, my pulse, my respiratory system, and all of my bodily functions to be restored to divine order right now, in the name of Jesus. I command every bad cell and every toxin, and every heavy metal and all residue from pharmaceuticals and vaccines to be flushed out of my body right now, in the name of Jesus. I command my liver to release all trapped metals, toxins, parasites, flush them out of my body now! My liver cleanses my blood and organs fully and completely and is operating as God intended for my body. I command all lying symptoms in my body to cease immediately in Jesus’ name. Every cell in my body must bow it’s knee to the lordship of Jesus Christ, every cell in my body be healed, refreshed and restored NOW in the Name of Jesus Christ!
I command by the Authority of Jesus Christ every cell in my body, including my DNA and RNA to be fully restored to its divine order right now, in the name of Jesus, and my mind to be aligned with the mind of Christ!
