Prayer For God’s Will Over Your Husband, Wife, or Family Member

“Holy Spirit, my helper, I cannot control my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, and I do not want to control _______, but I want _______ to be in the will of God for their life and our marriage and family. Only YOU, Holy Spirit, can do this.

“As an act of my will, I give my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______. to YOU, Holy Spirit, and surrender to YOU as my helper to do this! I ask You, Holy Spirit, to please bring my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, into the will and the word of God for their life, our marriage, our family, our finances, and our ministry. I surrender all to You, Holy Spirit, to be the one to correct my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, and give my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, hard checks in their spirit and convict my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, in their mind, will, and emotions and in their soul when my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, even thinks about going against the will and the word of God!

“I give my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______’s, life to YOU, Holy Spirit, and ask YOU to grieve my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______’s, spirit when my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______, even thinks about doing anything against God’s will and word and against You, Holy Spirit, or our marriage, family and finances!

“Holy Spirit, thank you for being my helper and friend and doing what I cannot do, all for the glory of God in my husband/wife/loved one (name), _______’s life! I ask this and decree this by faith, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!”

Declare Out Loud By Faith

2. I love God, and I keep his commandments. Therefore, the blessing of God is on my family for a thousand generations. (Deut 7:9)

3. My sons and my daughters will prophesy! They shall dream dreams and have visions from the Lord. (Acts 2:17)

4. My family is growing in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man. (Luke 2:52)

5. Every generational blessing will be revealed and stewarded in my family line. No blessing, gift, talent, or divine ability shall be lost.

6. I decree that every member of my family in this generation and in future generations will be saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and will serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

7. I decree over the men in my family. They will serve the Lord. I decree over the women in my family. They will serve the Lord. I decree over every child, grandchild, great grandchild, and beyond. They will serve the Lord.

8. I decree and receive the covenant blessing of Almighty God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, My God, My Father, and Father of My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I claim these blessings, the good inheritance and abundant and fruitful lands upon a thousand generations on my family line! I now cover my family line in the blood of Jesus Christ, the new and better covenant for our past, present, and future! This is the covenant blessing of the Lord for those who belong to Him through Christ! As for me and my household and my family line, we belong to Almighty God through the Lord Jesus Christ, and we shall serve the Lord FOREVER! (Joshua 25:15) Amen and So Be It! These words from my mouth shall not return void, and shall prosper for what they are sent in the Name Of Jesus Christ! (Isaiah 55:11)

“Father God, I dedicate my family line to You. I thank You that You promised righteousness for my children and my children’s children. I stand upon Your promises, and I bless You, O Lord, O God, King of the Universe from whom ALL blessings now flow to my entire bloodline.

“I thank You, Father God, for blessing my family, my marriage, my children, and their children’s children. I claim a righteous heritage over my family line from this point on. I ask You, Father God, for Your prosperous plans for my family and household. I ask for Your wisdom and understanding of Your Holy Spirit for every one of my family members. Holy Spirit, lead, guide, protect, and bless us into obedience to Your will and Your desires for my family.

“I receive my generational bloodline blessings, Father God, that You have for me! My house and family are filled with blessings and daily praise reports! We have abundance, love, peace, joy, and rest! I love You, Jesus Christ, and I acknowledge You first and foremost. You are Lord of my family forever, in Jesus Christ’s name. So Be it. Amen.”
