On a recent broadcast, a viewer asked for a dream interpretation. Annamarie interpreted the dream, which revealed a spirit of pride that needed to be repented for, and prayed. Following is the dream, the interpretation, and the prayer for you to pray over yourself or loved ones who may be dealing with pride.

  

Annamarie: Thank you, Lord. All right, let’s keep your questions coming. So, if you’re seeing repeated numbers … I, and listen, I want you all to learn. While you’re here, learn, learn, learn, learn. Learn from what we’re, we’re telling the others. Glean off of that. We have so many prayers available for you and teachings available for you on our site.

Okay, [Name redacted]. Hey, [Name redacted] on YouTube. He had a dream last night of a crocodile. He chased it down and cut its eyelids. It was like a young croc, six foot maybe. Chased it down a sidewalk. 

Okay, that is the demonic spirit of pride. Pride. It’s called a Leviathan spirit. I don’t like to say its name. I cover all my words in the blood of Jesus. Jesus tells us that Leviathan, a lying twisting spirit like a crocodile or an alligator that’s like a big sea creature, all right, and we can’t just rebuke that spirit.

The Bible says if we try to mess with that spirit or we try to just rebuke it, we won’t want to ever do that again. Okay? So, God himself has to cut down that spirit. Now, this is very prophetic, [Name redacted], because the crocodile was, uh, being chased down by you. You confronted it, and you cut its eyelids.

Now, it’s a spirit of pride, and eyes can be prideful. God calls them haughty eyes, a haughty eye. God says that a haughty eye, gossip, bearing false witness, a haughty eye are sins that he hates. Those are all connected to the worst demonic spirit, Leviathan. It’s rooted in pridefulness. 

So, you’re being called to repent for the spirit of pride in your life, anywhere you’ve been prideful. Have you used your eyes to be prideful? Have you looked at other people and judged them by their looks? Have you judged other people by their looks? It can be even if you’re looking at other people’s lawns, their houses, okay, being prideful about it because you have a better house than them. Your lawn looks better than them [sic]. 

No, you shouldn’t, you shouldn’t be prideful about that. We do it because we’re good stewards of what God has given us, right? We take honor in our lawns. We take honor in our homes. We take honor in our appearance because we want to be good stewards of the body God has given us. We want to be good stewards of the home God has given us. Want to be good stewards of the land God has given us. We want to be good stewards of the car God has given us, not because we’re trying to keep up with the Joneses. 

Now, this is connected to your eyes. Now you cut its eyes, meaning the Lord is already starting to work on this pride in you. Now I’m not asking you to do anything that I haven’t had to do. And my husband and I both had to repent of pride. We both had to repent of pride. We were prideful in a lot of different things. We were being prideful. A lot of people are prideful, you know, it’s in society.

So, this is a prophetic dream. This is from the Holy Spirit, that you’ve been repenting and you’ve been doing good with your repentance, but there’s a spirit of pride right now that you need to repent for. and a special being prideful with your eyes. Okay? And then you need to ask Father God because you can’t cut down Leviathan. God has to do it himself. The Bible says that God himself comes with his mighty swift and terrible sword to smite down Leviathan. So basically, what you do is you repent. 

Pray Out Loud

• “Father God, I repent for myself ________ and my loved one(s), _______’s, prideful ways. I repent for us being prideful with our eyes and other areas of my/our life.  I ask for grace, mercy, and forgiveness. I ask the Lord Jesus to cover those sins with His blood. Help me and my loved ones to be good stewards of everything and honor you in everything. And I ask you, Jesus, to wash it all clean, all our sins of pride, as far as the east and as far as the west to remember it no more. Father God, I ask that you release me and my loved ones of all consequences of our sins of pride, in Jesus Christ name. 

• “Father God, according to your word, I’m asking You to come with your mighty, swift, and terrible sword and smite down this spirit of pride, this crocodile, this Leviathan. Smite it down all the way. Cut it off. Cut it down, and it will never affect me or my loved ones again or any of our children or anybody in our lives, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

 

Here’s the scripture. 

Isaiah 27:1 – “In that day, the Lord will take his terrible swift sword and punish Leviathan, the swiftly moving serpent, the coiling writhing serpent. He will kill the dragon of the sea.” 

And also Jesus tells us, well, we have Proverbs 6:16. “There are six things that the Lord hates.” And these are very fleshly things of man. Right? There’s that number six again. The fleshly things of man. “Pride.” These are detestable to God. “Haughty eyes.” If you look at somebody and judge them by their looks, that’s a sin God hates. “A lying tongue.” If you lie about a person or bear false witness about them. “Hands that share [Sic – shed] innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes,” right? Manipulating people for getting what you want, not good. “Feet that run swiftly to evil, a false witness who gives false testimony, and one who stirs up discord among the brothers.” Why? Because those are all the works of Satan.

So God doesn’t want us doing all that. And that, that crocodile, Jesus calls Leviathan a crocodile. So Jennifer can look up that scripture. So these are things we need to make sure we repent of and then ask God. So you’re repenting of all these things according to Proverbs 6:16-19. You’re repenting of all those things, asking Jesus to put his blood on it. Then you’re asking God, according to Isaiah 27:1, that he would come, Lord himself. That Lord, when you see Lord in all capitals in the Bible, L O R D,  in all capitals, that is Yahweh. That is God himself will come and, and smite down that Leviathan, that spirit of pride.
