Deliverance Decree From A Spirit Of Backwardness To Move Forward Into Your Purpose

The spirit of backwardness is constantly having you look at the regrets of your past, even to the point where it makes you feel guilty and responsible for not being able to change the past. It’s a spirit that keeps you from moving forward on things the Lord has called you to do. It’s also a spirit that brings “sabotage” to your purpose by keeping you focused on the past. It brings a yoke of false responsibility, and even worse, it is a tether-cord, like a leash or bungee cord. Once you get moving forward, it snaps you backward. Jesus does not want that at all for your life. We are never to look back on the past except to remember the GOOD that God has done. You need deliverance from this spirit, so follow the steps outlined below.

Five Steps To Remove A Spirit Of Backwardness

Forgive yourself for not being able to change the past, and put the past all on the Cross.
Declare you are not like Lot’s wife! You do not look back on what you have left behind! You only look forward.
By the authority of Jesus Christ, command the spirit of backwardness to leave you and your life, and command in Jesus’ name, all yokes of backwardness and cords of backwardness to be cut off and removed off of you. Rebuke and renounce the backward spirit and command it to leave you now! Declare you are anointed for Christ and His Kingdom by the power of the Holy Spirit that is upon you breaking every yoke that is not of God and you now are only yoked to Jesus Christ!
Invite a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit to come upon you to refresh you and give you clarity and boldness to accelerate you forward.
Declare you are moving forward for the Kingdom of God! Declare loudly: “Father God, according to YOUR WORD in Luke 9:62, I am fit for the Kingdom of God because I have put my hand to the plow, and I will not look back, and according to Luke 9:60, I let the dead bury the dead, and I go forth and preach the Kingdom of God!”

Finishing Decree

“These words are YOUR WORDS AND PROMISES FOR ME, FATHER GOD, and I declare that these words shall not return void, according to Isaiah 55:11, but they shall prosper for what they are sent to do for me, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of His precious Blood that speaks for me and my life and purpose. I SHALL BE ACCELERATED INTO MY BRIGHT FUTURE NOW AND RECEIVE ALL THAT HAS BEEN HELD BACK FROM ME, in Jesus Christ’s name, AMEN and so be it! Hallelujah!”

Decree To Change Your Situation

Decree To Receive Blessings Into Your Hands

Decree Out Loud

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, my Father, my Provider, I lift up my hands to You as Your daughter/son, ready to receive miracles into my hands. I see it by faith: finances, work opportunities, opportunities to use my hands to bless others. You, O Father God, are my provider. You are my source. Bless the work of my hands. I open my hands to You, Father. I open my heart to You, Father. I do not lack because You are my provider, my Father. You take care of me. I receive exceedingly abundantly more than I ask or think.

Father God, remember the good seeds that I have sown. Your word says that those who sow generously shall reap generously. Remember me, Father, where I have sowed generously, and I receive a good harvest of blessings, finances, favor, abundance, and opportunities into my hands, in Jesus’ name. Amen and amen.

Restoration Prayer/Decree

“In the all-powerful name of Jesus Christ, I declare a total restoration for all the years that feel like they were not fruitful or when I made bad choices. I repent for those bad choices. I turn to My Father God, my Provider, and I ask You, Father God, to restore all lost or wasted time to me as if I had never wasted it or lost it, in Jesus’ name! I ask that all the time the enemy stole from me be fully restored with Your double portion blessing, O God!

For ashes, I shall have beauty, according to your Word, in Jesus’ name! Father God, You promise to restore the years the devourer has eaten and then pour out Your spirit and blessings upon me and my household! I receive and rest in You, O Lord God, and Your divine power of restoration and restitution! Restore me more than before, O Lord God, and align me with Your divine seasons for abundance, promotion, increase, and fruitfulness for my life, in Jesus’ Name! AMEN”

Increase Decree

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank You that You have commanded the blessing upon me and upon my house. I believe that You are my source, Father God, and You can bring me my blessings and provision from anywhere You want to! I am in faithful expectation and will listen intently to Your voice, Lord, as You lead me to the abundance and finances You have already set aside for me!

I decree that I am blessed to be a blessing. I decree that wealth and favor belong to me. I decree that abundance is my portion. I declare that every devouring spirit is rebuked off my life. I decree that lack and poverty have to go. I decree that I sow good seeds. I decree that my good seeds are coming to harvest. I decree that peace and prosperity belong to me. I decree that opportunities, blessings, and increase come into my life supernaturally.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for giving me authority, ownership, and dominion. I decree that I own and not rent. I lend and not borrow. I declare the increase of Heaven over my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Deuteronomy 28:8 : The Lord will command the blessing on you in your houses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
